I was looking for process server for eviction complaint. Jan Lowdermilk of South Florida Legal Services told all benefits of choosing them including fast service, and they will attempt to serve defendants/tenants without restriction of number of visits.I emailed Jan Lowdermilk whether they can serve 5 days eviction summons (posting) first, then serve 20 days summons (personal service). Lowdermilk insisted that they should serve BOTH 5 and 20 days summons because tenants move out. I responded most tenants do not move out until sheriff post "writ of possession", because tenants wants to use up security deposit as toward rent. After waiting for several days, I saw court record showing 20 days summons to be served on "plaintiff", not on tenants. And there was no record of services. I emailed Lowdermilk, and she did not respond. On June 11, 2013, I called office, and someone stated the process server just came back after posting 5 day summons, but she cannot serve 20 days summons because tenants already moved out, and all furniture are gone. Because I was told tenants did not move out, I asked whether I can talk to service processor. She refused and transferred to someone who claimed as Jan Lowdermilk. She yelled and stated all furniture and even TV are gone, and I cannot call their office. On June 12, 2013, a real estate broker, Fred, went inside of the house to inspect. Fred texted there are "FULL OF FURNITURE" inside of house contrary to South Florida Legal Service's claim that tenants moved out and all furniture/TV are gone.On June 13, 2013, Michael of Landscaping & Management, LLC, walked around the house, and told "dog(s) were barking inside of the house, he could see many furniture inside of house through windows, and there were tenant's appliance by the pool area. All neighbors have stated that they never saw any furniture or appliance or belongings moved out.I believe South Florida Legal Service scam in process serving by falsely claiming.
