Sonic Drive-In - Poor customer service and never received the order I paid for

On Nov 13th, 2021 at the Sonic # 6025 at 5:00 pm I ordered 1 small slushie, 1 kids shake and a med shake. After watching a car pull in and 3 youths get out and go inside and then a youth come out and call out to the car (dad do you want anything) to which he said yea tell mom a large shake and a women (who worked there/apparently the guys wife) came out with 2 large drinks and then another youth came out with 2 large drinks and got into another car after I had already been waiting 12 min I really got frustrated. Then a man that had been there when I originally pulled up came back and actually went inside with an order (obviously complaining) and came out to wait for the correct order. At 16 min I thought I could check on my order by pushing the call button again but no one ever answered so I decided to go inside also (even though I know customers aren't supposed to go inside) to ask what was going on with my order. They said oh did you order blah blah blah and I said yes and he said oh it will be out in a few min, So I went back to my car and waited 5 min for a total of 25 min from the time I ordered and decided I had had enough and left. Also a car had pulled in next to me, pushed the button and finally left without ordering. The entire place is a joke and nothing but a bunch or kids doing whatever they want which is taking care of themselves and not the customers. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card since I never received my order. I will never go to Sonic again.

Sonic Drive-In - food/service

On went to the above Sonic last night 11/5/19 around 7 pm. I did not receive a receipt so not sure of exact time. When i pulled into the drive thru there was and old order still on the screen. I waited about a minute and there was no response to take my order from inside the restaurant. So as I was backing up the girl saw me and told me to just pull up t the window to order, because they were having problems with the drive thru. So up I went and first she asked me to finish my order, the one that was one the screen, but I told her that was not from me. So after she had to get rid of that order she finally takes my order. I ordered a #2 Medium size, everything on the burger except mustard and add extra pickles, with tots, and a diet dr pepper. So I get my pop, its about an inch from the top. So the girl was very nice about filling up my cup. This was not the issue. The issue was with my order. It is placed then she has to go out and take the next cars order. So I'm still waiting for my order and the car behind me gets their food and drinks and leaves. Finally she gives a bag and I'm thinking it didn't feel like it had a burger in it so I pull off to a parking spot to check. Well it's because there was a patty melt or some other sandwich on square bread. So now I am very upset, i get out of my car and go up to the building and had to knock on the window to get someones attention, I was not waiting in line again! They called the manager over and I said this is not a burger, she looked at me like I was crazy! So she took the sandwich and my tots, before I could tell her how to make the burger. So again I knocked on the window and got someones attention and they passed the info to her. Now I really cold and it took about 10 minutes for them to get me my correct meal. Meanwhile people are getting their food in the drive thru, as I wait for mine. Very dissatisfied! especially with the manager. So finally I get my new food, I could tell there was now a burger in my bag. My bad for not checking! I get home open my burger...UUGH! the burger has only meat, cheese, a tiny piece of tomato, & ketchup...NO PICKLES at all. How hard is it? And just another note, while I was standing outside the window one of her crew members was taking what looked like paper wads and shooting baskets towards the back of the store. There were like six people there but only like four were working. The manager didn't seem like she had any control or that she even cared!
I love sonic food and think I should be reimbursed and given a free meal!
