Reported issue, refused to help & exit from chat as claims I made item faulty.
Sending them feedback when they are in Offline does NOT help as NO reply from them.
Is this the way how UK seller works?
Really disappointed with UK handling Customer Service towards Overseas Customer.
Do like to hear response from UK end on such attitude of rebelsimcard Sales towards Overseas buyer.
Either I can get an exchange on this product or Refund my hard-earn money (it is NOT cheap as cost almost SG$100).
