Hi Good Day

I am SINGAPOREAN who purchase an item : Rebel Xpress Sim Card

This item was delivered to me from UK.
Order#22256, attach Invoice for your reference.

Item on Day 1 tested Faulty.

Reported issue, refused to help & exit from chat as claims I made item faulty.
Sending them feedback when they are in Offline does NOT help as NO reply from them.

Is this the way how UK seller works?
Really disappointed with UK handling Customer Service towards Overseas Customer.

Do like to hear response from UK end on such attitude of rebelsimcard Sales towards Overseas buyer.
Either I can get an exchange on this product or Refund my hard-earn money (it is NOT cheap as cost almost SG$100).

    Had similar issue with rebelsimcard.com
    BUYERS BEWARE!!!
    they will take your money but no customer service.
    I bought a Rebel 2Phone Dual Standby Sim Case. I bought the first version (fm01) which had a design fault.
    The new version (fm01-A) is ok.
    rebelsimcard.com sold me goods which were "not fit for purpose"
    legally they should replace or give me a refund.. they have not!!!
    BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
