Solar4Life review: Lack of after sale service

Purchased a solar system from Solar4life, lately I am having issue with the solar system failing due to the constant loadshedding, I have first contacted them on the 19th November 22 with regards to the issues I was having, this was done via WhatsApp.
Over the course of 5 days messaging the owners all I got was the batteries need to be replaced. No one came out to do any inspections or try assist in getting the issue resolved.

Again they were contacted yesterday 12 January 23 requesting to send some out to check the system and rectify the issue. The only thing that was done by Solar4life was send a WhatsApp message to their technician to contact us with regards to the issue and he couldn't even reply to the message.
I fully understand there will be a cost involved with the call out and repair of the system which Im willing to pay, but the whole point of all of this they promised a service which they are not willing to supply.
