We ordered a wind turbine system from Crystal Phelps, supposed owner of solar electric inc and paid 25K for the system. Ww were told it was at the port, then later it was in transit. "the checks in the mail" scenario After over 50 emails, not returned, and dodged phone calls after speaking to Derek, we still have no product and no refund. They use bogus addresses to avert BBB. They claim to possess contractors and business licenses, however, upon researching this company they hold neither. Currently pursuing legal avenue with fbi, attorney generals office. We were told it was at the port, then later it was in transit. We have requested a refund on numerous occasions. They use bogus addresses, the address here on Sante Fe is one of them to avert BBB. They claim to hold contractors and business licenses as well as corporate status ie, LLC, however, upon researching this company they hold none of these. Currently pursuing legal avenue with FBI, attorney generals office against Crystal Phelps, Derek and all affiliates of these entities.
