There is about 10 days I made an order for a product named SOBELABS (Instant Wrinkle Reducer). They charged to my card Shipping & Handling for $3.95 and promised that I will receive it in four days, by March 23. Today is March 26 I havent hear nothing about this people neither received the product. Based in the information I had read here in this page I feel That I was victim of a fraudulent act. I ask for help because this people need to be found and receive their respective consequence They were so scoundrel that they gave an # Order and authorization # Lamentably I didn't realize before that they don't have any telephone number in their web site, where I can place my complaints That's why Iam requesting your help. It is not a lot of money, but their acting out should be severely penalized because we don't know how many times they had did the same criminal act
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This anti wrinkle cream did not work & when I attempted to cancel & return, I was told that their money back guarantee is 14 days, as stated in the fine print. They do not/will not budge, even when you explain that you ordered in conjuction with Hydroxatone, who advertises everywhere with a 30 day money back guarentee. I believe their offer of 14 days is deliberate & it is how they are able to charge customers $74.95.
i had responded to an on-line advertisement which offered a free trial of an anti-aging facial cream. it asked for $3.95 for a shipping fee which i paid ahead of time. the product arrived but came with a paper where, in very small print at the bottom, it said i had 14 days to decline their offer OR I WOULD BE CHARGE 74.95 EVERY MONTH for recurring supplies of the product. i wrote back immediately (well within the 14 days!) and sent my message to 2 different e-mail addresses listed for sobelabs...both of which implied that customers could send their comments to these addresses. i thanked them for the free trial but said i could IN NO WAY afford that much money on a fixed (and very limited) income. i assumed all was set. BUT TODAY I RECEIVED ANOTHER SHIPMENT. and i have no doubt that the company will try to AUTOMATICALLY debit the money from my bank account! I HVE SENT THE PRODUCT BACK, UNACCEPTED AND UNOPENED, but i need to know what to do to stop getting billed. this company is no longer marketing the product under the sobelabs name...they are calling it something else now...but no matter...I DONT WANT IT AND DONT WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR IT. what can i do?
please respond to labetty1029@yahoo.com or call [protected]. thank you.

Product unused, unopened.REQUEST complete refund. Will return product. This is a sophisticated SCAM!
I did the same as you-ordered it, paid shipping and handling, tried to contact them about returning the product because it broke me out. I e-mailed them because their phone number constantly said there were network problems. I e-mailed them several times. Of course, my bank account was charged the $74 and overdrew me causing me to have several overdraft charges. I never got a response from the e-mails. Finally, I had to cancel my bank card that was linked to my checking account. It is the only thing that has blocked my checking account from being billed again and again.
If you spoke with them, may I have the number. I have been waiting over 2 months for a response, and can not find a number to reach them. They of course do not return the email message on there website. I too have been ripped off 75 bucks!
Exact same thing i am going through. Any help out there? how do they get away with this?
Would really be helpful if M V Sanders would share with us all the e-mail address she used that worked to at least contact them. I haven't been able to find one that worked. Thanks.
Received product and while reading the invoice discovered that I would be billed for $74.95. This is NOT FREE IN ANY WAY! When I called several times I gave up because I was on-hold for at least 20-25 minutes before I hung up. Don't get caught up in this - it's a real headache and I feel they misrepresent their product as FREE. I'm sending their product back but I'm sure they will bill me because I could not get an answer via phone or could not find an e-mail to let them know how dissatified and down right upset.
In my case they charged me 74.95 twice. I was never offered the $40, but I did send the product back to them and still never received a refund - calling them had them hang up on me and tell me they never received the product back. I am fuming and sent them a nasty letter (from the website where you order the product - that e-mail wasn't returned, but where they said to send complaints, that one was returned saying no such address.
Ordered what was suppose to be a 30 day supply of product and received .5 fl oz 6 days after ordered and supply sent lasted approximately 8 days. Tried reaching the company for two days by phone 4 days prior to the 18 day cancellation period could not get anyone...just put on hold for over 20 minutes listening to music. On the 18th day I found an e-mail address and e-mailed my request to cancel. They e-mailed confirmation back the same day and then when I received my credit card statement they had billed $74.95 to my credit card. When I called them they said they would credit my card back $40.00 or if I would send the 30 day supply bottle back they would credit full amount. I told them I wanted full credit and they kept side-stepping saying they would save me time and hassle and just credit $40.00 back. I knew they were scamming me and decided not to send the bottle back because they had not sent the 30 day supply and if I sent the bottle back I would have no evidence of the size they sent plus possibly not receiving the credit after all. They are liars and scammers! I'm contacting the Attorney General's office in Louisiana and warning as many as possible about this company. They are crooks!
