I purchased a $4,000.00 scanner that I used to complete my job. I soon found that the company I was working for was shorting my pay and covid-19 had everyone terrified, so I left for another opportunity and found the same problem at the next. I finally found an honest dealership that i'm highly satisfied in that I make what i'm worth. At my time at the previous facilities my vehicle put me down for a month and I stayed in communication with snap-on trying to work with them about my issue with my transportation, job and covid_19. They called I answered because I was falling behind on payments but promised I would catch it back up. They continued to call and I answered but they weren't being patient. He stated that they would come pick the scanner up at my home address and I gave it to him in full cooperation. Now having a good job and able to pay for the scanner i'm not able because they sold it for half the price and now there charging me the difference. This is highway robbery. They could have let me kept the scanner if I had to pay for it. This is wrong to do this especially when are nation just got hit with the epidemic of covid-19. Work was hard to find if you went to work you didn't work long. Now I believe that because of this crisis we went through I should be forgiven of this credit dispute that's overall an act of nature and i'm being held responsible is wrong. Ethics and morals of snap-on are misleading people, their not the good guys I thought.

Desired outcome: Clear my debt or give me a scanner that I'm paying for and don't have.
