Paid total of AED2, 500. Where deposit is AED1, 500. It was agree in the agreement that will return in 45 days from date returning car. Car was return on 28th March 2015. Despite many follow-up via emails and calls, deposit was not return and being told on silly reason. The office is not even available on the address shown on website. Please advice what to do?

It is same things happened to me also, I have deposited 1000 AED and I return the Car 3rd of March, Till date no return the deposited amount, I keep on calling them they said today tomorrow.., Any lead how to take legal action.
Report to the police, muraqabat station, they will help you
Same thing happened to me, went to police and today they brought to police station the car owner and got my money back.
