Smooth Skin NOW review: Have been charged twice 2

I made the mistake of entering my credit card details on the online form, but did not submit them ad exited the site. suddenly there are 2 transactions of $98 on the visa acc. As I didn't complete filling out form and did not submit it they have illegally removed this money from the account. Now after ringing them they suddenly have no record of me or my details and yet they did manage to take the money!
