smokeassist review: never recieved/charged 3

I was charged for extra coupons and savings 2x in the amount of 14.95 and also 2x 1.95. I called the ph# and cancelled them. Approximately 1 mo. later I was charged an additional 19.95 and called again. All Charges were rescinded and put back in my account. I now have an overdraft of 214.95 and they say shipment is on the way. I was told that I could cancel and I have tried by phone. Now, I am filing a complaint. I was solicited by phone and told that I would received it within 7-10 days. The order was placed in September and is due to deliver sometime by UPS. I was told that I would have 30 days to cancel and I am now just getting it. I am overdrawn in my account and on a limited income. This seems like a scam and is causing me stress as I have heart disease, 3 stints, micro-vascular disease and chronic fatigue syndrome. I have at least 5-10 angina attacks daily. If I end up having a heart attack, I will be suing smoke assist for undue stress and false telemarketing scams.
