On January 2021, we upgraded our plumbing system from Smart Home Protection Plan. On November 14, 2022 we had a plumber check our system and found out that our water softener is not hooked up and no UV filter was installed as per the paperwork we received. We can't get an answer from the Smart Home people when we call, and their e-mails are not valid. What can we do?
