SM Supermarket Novaliches 2, To the new manager who transfered a few weeks ago, I am complaining on his bad attitude. That's not the right attitude that a manager has. He should be more patient on teaching and guiding his staff or employees who give their best to to their job! Being a manager doesn't mean you are a boss! You should still be a good influence to your employees! By guiding them and teaching them the right way it should be! If there's a minimal problem you should talk to them and fix it in a nice way not by discriminating them infront of other employees! As manager you also start from the bottom before you got that position and now you're acting like you own the business?! You're an old man you know! you also have kids! You should treat them as one of it not as an employee after all they are the one who provides service not you! So please stop it right now before I file a case on you by discriminating or bullying your employees! me as a customer I do have and eye and ear to see and to hear what you always do while confronting them! STOP MICHEAL AND OLD MAN WHO HAS A REALLY REALLY BAD ATTITUDE!
