SM Clark Hypermarket review: Long line

This SM Clark Hypermarket has always long line. Why? lack of cashiers, long line in green small cart not allowed in blue big cart lane. And as you can see, there is no line in blue big cart lane. So I tried to go there with my green cart, the cashier said, "no green cart please". I said, can you have a little consideration here, since when I came here there's no available blue cart in there, and besides, there's no long line in here. So the cashier just tried to be calm and justify herself. Starting seeing other customers who has a green cart too, getting blue big cart from other customer and transferred their groceries to the blue cart. So I did the same thing too. Problem solved! But the fact that the long line in green cart lane is so long, they should have at least a little consideration, since customer is always right. SM! How can you solve this kind of simple but very irritating problems everyday in you supermarket?
