SleepX — Received wrong Size - Worst customer care service - No option available to cancel the product
Ordered the product directly from SleepX.com website by paying full amount of 14 thousand +. But since received wrong size, keep calling and sending Emails to cancel the product but it appears to be worst customer care support. Once we call from once number and spoke to customer care, next time you wont be able to call as always gets a message expected time is 2 min but call gets disconnect in 1 min only.
For any issues, to get connected to customer support always you need to connect from new contact number. if we call from new number they will get connect very fast but from your own number always disconnects.
Thought they have 100 days return policy they are denying to take the product back and returning my money
Desired outcome: Need to return the product and get back the money
