Sky River Properties LLC review: False advertising on their lists. Bait and switch

Jenna Bannister was the representative I worked with on purchasing a piece of property in Oklahoma. They claim a 15 point verification process which claims their land has water access, power access, water access, not landlocked, and other things. They ask you for a deposit of $500 and set a close date afterwards. After looking into the property I find out one by one every single thing they claimed in their posting is completely false and misleading. The property is landlocked, you cannot run power to the property, there is no water access. Sky river properties LLC blatantly makes claims about the properties they sell in order to mislead people into buying land with access issues that nobody would ever buy if they knew the truth. Beware of this company and their misleading practices and promises.
