I ordered a ring from their website 4-5 years ago, which was fine. However, when I subscribed to their emails, I began to receive no less than 20-30 emails a week in spam and in regular emails, as well as suggestive and constant text messages. For the past 4 years, I complained, I called, I unsubscribed, but they refuse to stop; I still receive constant emails and texts no matter what I do. They stopped for about a year after I sent an expletive-laden email, but they continued just about a week ago, like a dam broke, I received more emails and texts than before.
