I ordered and payed for the product: Skin Culture Peel 4000. I payed with my Visa card 202, 87 USD, 04.11.2009. Today is 06.03.2009 and I have not reseved any product. They or (He) do not answer any calls or e-mails. There are always the same "Costumer service person" I get to, who ask me to leave a message. He calls him self "Cris Christopher" It is always the same.. "None of are agents are available at this time, please leave a message after the tone.." I think "Universal Marketing Media inc" and "Skin Culture USA" is owned and run just by one man: Christopher G Gibson, 190 Howard St, Ste 400, Franklin, PA [protected]. Before this I also bought "Acne free in 3 days" witch is an e-book by the same man. That was ok, it was a good e-book. But he recommends products he has "Found", but they are all from "Company´s" he owns. Really they are just websites he has created. I cannot do anything about this. I live in Norway. But I really hope someone gets this scam artist!

The below is on the site of the manufacturer of the Skin Culture Peel. Universal Marketing Media was just a distributor of their skin peeling treatment. Skin Culture removed Chris Ginson an Universal Marketing Media as authorised resellers of their products when they received numerous complaints about their bad customer service and dubious business practices. I would strongly advise that you contact your credit card company, explain the situation to them and ask them to issue a Chargeback. You should also contact the 'real' Skin Culture and ask their advice on the situation. I know that they have assisted many people, including myself, in getting their money back. Good Luck!

" To all SKINCULTUREUSA.COM customers we sincerely apologise for how badly you have been dealt with by CHRIS GIBSON and his company UNIVERSAL MARKETING MEDIA

Customers who are still waiting for their order to be fulfilled by Universal
Marketing Media (skincultureUSA.com) should immediately contact Skin Culture
International at backorders@skinculture.com, providing a copy of your order
confirmation email. We will then give you advice on how to get a refund.

NOTE: Further to the statement Universal Marketing Media have placed on
their website, we are not in discussion with them for any final purchase of
stock. We are directly responsible for the manufacture of the skin peeling
treatment and always have stock available, so there is no excuse for them
not fulfilling their orders. In fact, we have been pressing them for several
months to purchase the required stock to fulfill all their backorders. But,
they have been as unresponsive with us as they have been with you.

From the high number of complaints received over the past months we feel
that they have no intention of fulfilling these orders and as such we will
instruct and support you as much as we can in getting a full refund
(chargeback) for your order. Please rest assured that our Customer Support
department will NOT ignore you and will always be available to help you.
Please go to our 'Contact Us' page to see our opening times.

My experience is almost identical to tressy's after buying the e-book and ginale products which was all ok, i decided to try skin peel 2000, after ordering and paying for it on he 6th April 09 i was told a month later there was a problem with the product and there was a back order, then another month later told the same then they told me to check skin cultur web and see there was some sort of dispute about who owned the product. After e-mailing them today i've now been told it will be another 2 months as there in the process of doing cheques which will be sent direct to myself by post... I won't hold my breath, but will wait 1 more week then im going to go to the papers. I was also told the delay was to do with the current economic climate (what an excuse).

Fed up and angry.

Same story!, it happenned to me too!, and there are hundreds of people complaining about the same subject. What can we do to stop them? I've been thinking to contact the media or any news channel to aware people from buying from this company and asking them to investigate this guys. BELIEVE ME THEY WONT GET AWAY WITH THIS!
