I write this to express my disappointment to Sharaf DG Deira City Center Mall. On September 2019 I purchased iPhone 11 color Red with warranty and Insurance. The two staff my fellow kabayan Pilipino who handle payment suggested me to buy the insurance. they told me it will cover physical damage and battery replacement. So, I bought the insurance after one month I use my iPhone on the Screen of the phone have Dark spot. I bring to Sharaf DG on November 2019 I collect on last week of November 2019. I don't know if they check or what, because when I use my iPhone the Dark Spot still on the screen. I was thinking maybe it's from protector when I change the protector the salesman, told me the dark spot it's from screen of the phone so again I bring to Sharaf DG Deira City Center Mall on 11th January 2020 I show to them and I remove the protector in front of them they said working days 5 days to 7 days, I went last Thursday 16th January 2020 to Sharaf DG Deira City Center Mall again they told me another 5 days or 7 days working.

But why they can't replace still with the warranty and insurance. I bought the insurance that time my fellow kabayan forcing me to buy the insurance like it's something happen. I know myself I use iPhone 6, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus almost a years with no insurance nothing happen.

I feel cheated my false information or lack of product knowledge given by the employee when I purchased it.
