I agree with this so its worth repeating
Singsnap say's (the owner does) that they're an advocate against hate when in fact, they're allowing a regular member to get a hold of members videos that had been set to private long before Shanda ever came to Singsnap herself.
We must surmise there was no way Shanda could have gotten her grimy slimy little hands on this video unless staff gave it to her.
We are terribly confused as to the relationship between the owner Trevor and Shanda since Shanda has stated she does not trust him. Hmmm.

Now, I am sorry. I asked Annie to lift you ban. I still have
the f*****g pm were I asked and she said NO. I started to realize
things... it has taken me the whole year to take off my damned
blinders. I do NOT trust Trevor. I feel mistreated and taken
advantage of by Trevor.
I did not plan to renew my gold, in fact. Kerry gave me that as a
birthday/Christmas present... INSISTED. I couldn't say no. He
and I are JUST FRIENDS... there was something more for a while but THAT is
over. He is reconciling with his wife and I am reconciling with my
husband.
I've been sick, my son has been VERY, VERY sick the majority of this
year. I cannot handle anymore of this stuff. I just CAN NOT.
Please, please, please, just tell them to leave me alone. I had
nothing to do with all that ### Katie did. I am, in fact, irritated I
was accused by you and others of being the one to harass you by email when,
time after time, I told everyone I would not do that. Why the f**k
would I jeopardize my family by doing something illegal?
I harassed you HERE because of your references to mentally ill people,
only that and nothing more. It just so happened Katie was pulling her
tricks for Trevor at the same time.

Oh, you wouldn't jeopardize your family by doing something illegal because you truly believe you can't be caught and you're above it all. You will be tied to the Youtube video along with Trevor. That copyright crap doesnt sit well with an attorney when he screams and pulls thewm from Youtube and other sites but then thinks he can use them himself for harassment.

Shanda, you are a real ### up. That is our opinion. Trevor? Allowing Shanda to pull crap on your site and you getting involved and/or allowing staff to, will be your biggest downfall. Bigger then Chartbuster. That of course is our opinion. Maybe you'll get away with Shanda posting harassing garbage on your site and using videos set to private for harassment, but in our opinion we doubt it. Of course, that's just our opinion.

singsnap keeps losing ground with peeps because they harass people behind the scenes in pm's and ban peeps for no reason. notice how no one is there anymore? the site is going down the toilet.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
On August 25th, 2011 a lawsuit was filed against SingSnap.com founder and CEO Trevor McGuire as well as three other members of the SingSnap website. This lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania Federal Court by Diane Patchen and her fiancé Robert Smik, alleged, among other things, a conspiracy to defame and copyright infringement. Eatsleepmusic Corporation, owner of SingSnap, was later added as a defendant.
Diane Patchen was banned from the SingSnap community in February of 2010 and soon after made numerous inaccurate posts around the web regarding Mr. McGuire and his business. Filing this lawsuit against him was, Mr. McGuire believes, the culmination of her vendetta. As soon as the lawsuit was filed, it was publicized on dozens of Internet complaint boards by anonymous posters.
McGuire and SingSnap immediately retained counsel to fight these ridiculous and baseless allegations.
On September 27th, 2012 the Judge William H. Yohn Jr. of the United States District Court DISMISSED all of the Plaintiff’s claims and Denied the motion for severance and transfer of the claims as “not in the interests of justice” because the claims were “frivolous”. The parties later resolved the litigation, including motions by McGuire and Eatsleepmusic Corporation seeking sanctions and their attorneys’ fees, to the satisfaction of all parties.
I was a member of singsnap for 6 years and the last 2 years I got treated like I didn't exist nothing I did or said got listened to I was ignored and when I spoke out against anybody that was a favorite of the staff or admins I got moderated and banned last year singsnap staff came into my youtube channel and had the youtube admins delete my videos and suspended my channel, well since then I had nothing but a lliving hell on singsnap everything I did the staff reported it and so did the admins I couldn't sing without getting repromanded couldn't say anything to anybody in the message boards cause the admins moderated it and took it off then told the staff I was saying ### unbecoming a member of singsnap and so 2 months ago I put what I had to say on my page on singsnap and 2 days after that I got suspended and told by a jerkoff that I no longer and good enough to be a singsnap member, when asked why I was suspended all they reason that was given to me is I broke the code of conduct unbecoming a singsnap member that's it no other excuse but that, and ever since then I have been getting emails from people that work for facebook and youtube and twitter and even myspace, people from singsnap are going around trying to get me thrown out of all of these sites and also they have been going on the karaoke channel online.com telling them ### and another karaoke site as well trying to keep me from singing because I no longer am singing on singsnap now so they figure if I can't sing on singsnap I am not going to sing any where else but singsnap is the only site that doesn't want me any more even chartbuster and soundchoice are happy to have me a member, and I even got an apology from a staff member of youtube for the admins taking my videos and my channel away last year they said it was singsnap's doing and the admins should of listened to the staff of singsnap and suspended my channel and I got promised by youtube manager that it will never happen again that singsnap will never again be allowed to have their admins tell them what to do any more when it comes to me
cause I am no longer a member then the singsnap staff and admins and even the owner has no business what so ever telling the youtube admins to mess with your videos or your account on youtube for as youtube is concerned you are safe from singsnap's wrath on here .
and I got told that by Facebook also on live chat in front of a billion chat viewers that although singsnap has a group on here that if they try to mess with me on facebook I am to come and tell them immediatly and they will handle it, by the way that also goes for all members of the group manthissitesucks.com if singsnap messes with them while on facebook report it directly to the owner and manager of Facebook .
no bullies are allowed on facebook he'll see to that .
and 2 other sites said that to me as well, and I got told by another person from facebook that I had better have my internet service check out my status and make sure I'm not being hacked just to be on the safe side and tomorrow I am going to take his advice cause it seems to me and I've told him this everytime I or a friend of mine goes to say something on facebook about singsnap all of a sudden my browser goes frozen and the whole thing shuts down and it doesn't happen any other time but when I say something naughty about singsnap, .
oh and by the way Veterans of singsnap have been coming to me and asking me what is the karaoke site I've been using on youtube had 3 of them ask me last week and had 4 of them this morning on facebook ask me and I've told them all about the site that I am a member of now that has about the same amount of songs on it that singsnap does and also songs that singsnap because of their license cannot get in the united states
so the word is getting out about another site other than singsnap and this site allows it's members to put their tracks on singsnap without having to go through channels on singsnap to get permission, so people of singsnap can belittle me, try and intimidate me all they want to the word has gotten out - Ladymatika knows a better site

90% of the people on sing snap..well they get so addicted to wanting to be seen and heard...it is like a drug, , so therefore they feel the only way to be a Bad ### is to belittle everyone around them...i do not know of Shanda ever being anymore than a dry person...i am more of an outgoing person...it is very easy to get caught up in the hype of self glory...the funniest thing to me is ...where is their paycheck ...must the entire planet suck up to trevor to play with his toys at a rate that is entirely ###...now if i could make that revenue like trevor, , , i would..but what a pain in the ### karaoke has become anyway...i really do not have any issue with sing snap and they took my money then banned me...wow i must be 1 scary dude...lmao...well i thank you for your response & remain (neutral) ...Mack ~
Sorry I have to disagree on Shanda being a nice person off of the Internet. Reason being she never leaves the Internet. And in real life people are the same on or off the net. Sure some people fabricate their life especially when trying to meet a mate we all know that. But most people I have met online and off are exactly the same.
well i am Joemack ..i got banned from sing snap because the staff was to chicken ### to listen to me..pardon...but i will agree to chart buster being the most harassing bunch of people i have dealt with...yeah i helped sing snap ..i also have 2 karaoke sites ..chart buster had 2 of my sites froze ...i had youtubeoke unfroze and filed for macksplace to become unfroze ...i finally bought a license ...lol...shanda i believe both of you girls outside of the internet are good people...i tried to enjoy sing snap..my opinion is what really got me banned ...life is messed up everywhere ...Trevor does have a right to be himself, , no matter who has an indifference...i personally would come back to sing snap if they would just realize i was in no way a threat ..so in saying this, you 2 please let this pass...i know i was like the devil at times ...however i am a Godly Man ...moreover i am a fair human...God Bless ...Joseph W.
