My wife and I were shopping at the Castleton mall in Indianapolis when our car was broken into. Long story short we were one of 6 to be broken into in broad daylight that day. We e-mailed the Manager on the simon web-site explaining the situation and saying we realize they are not responsible for items in vehicles. We did want to know what the mall was doing to prevent such things in the future. We received an automated response the manager was out of the office. Several weeks later we have not received a single response.

If this is the course traditional malls are going we are safer to stay home and shop online.
