After an agreement for adoption fees and processing, when it came time to transport the cat, there was a surprise $800 fee that was not disclosed in original agreement. No terms/conditions on website, no disclaimers. Couldn’t afford another $800, and person taking my money refused refund, followed by ignoring messages and calls. Other complaints stated that after they paid the $800, delivery would not be done without an additional $1500 for insurance. They scam people out of a lit of money and do not deliver. Esmerelda McKenna personally kept the payment for the cat I was supposed to receive.
