Showmax review: Multiple deductions

Since the 17th July Showmax has been deducting 7 times from my account. I have taken it up with them but they keep on referring me to several different departments, in the mean while I am P1198.84 down in my account. I have sent them bank statements as well as my account details. Please help me. I have canceled my subscription but it does not end.
