Shepherds Towing, Lebanon, TN review: Complaint

On Friday June 10th my wife got a flat on her SUV, called roadside assistance and they put us in contact with Shepherds Towing. It was around 7 p.m. and we were told they would be there to pick up SUV in about an hour. Never showed up. So we called and they said they would be there by 10 p.m., but never showed up! Called again and said they were on the way, left keys with valet (Car was parked at front door of hotel) Next morning, SUV still at front door. Called towing company and said they had been there but could not find SUV, but valet said no tow truck came by all night. My wife called roadside assistance and got another tow company and they were there within 30 minutes, so we text Shepherds Towing to let them know not to come (Trying to be nice) and then the owner sends my wife multiple text that were very nasty and completely uncalled for and then threatened us that we better not complain or he would sue us. I have a copy of all the text and would be happy to send to you. I don't want anyone else to be threatened like we were.
