Shengchao review: Wrong shoes and higher credit card charge scam

I appear to have been scammed by SHENGHAO as per many of the complaint on this forum. I ordered a par of Ecco bran pale beige slip on shoes at a clearance price of €50 - my card was charged €90 then further €7.79 in Customs charges = €97.79 and delivered a pair of cheap purple patent leather lace up dress shoes - there is now obvious way to contact this company. I believe the scam is advertise branded shoes - overcharge the chard by an amount - actually ship some low value cheap shoes and if challenged by the police authorities put the overcharge down to a clerical error and the cheap shoes to a shipping error and repeat in volume - the shipping lable is trimmed not to give full sender address
