Shanging Chengpu Metal Material Co. Ltd review: Stainless steels

Our ordered quantity was neary 26tons of stainless steel in Coils & Sheets. All were packed in a 20ft container in 10packages. Payment was made 10%advance & 90%LC. They booked container from CMA CGM, and made bill of lading as per the requirement of LC Terms. After few months the container arrived at Dry Port Custom, Birgung ICD, Nepal. Container seal was intact & not broken. Custom officials broke the seal. They did not noticed the weight. Custom was done on the basis as mentioned in commercial invoice. After custom clearance, while leaving the container from dry port, driver of the trailor truck had taken the weight at Sirsiya Dry Port, ICD Birgunj, which was only 21.890tons including the weight of container & trailor. That is, the weight of actual cargo delivered was only nearly 10Tons only of all low grades in 201 J2. Total Value of commercial invoice is USD $ 40, 937. Materials dispatched value is only USD $ 11, 650. The have done fraud of USD $ 29, 287.
