Customer complaint.
On 22. February 2011 I ordered 2 items on www.karenmillens.com - described as "an official karen millen outlet store". I ordered 1 original Karen Millen bag and 1 original Karen Millen watch for a total amount of USD 280, 00. What I received was instead 1 “Gucci” bag, which seems to be a fake copy. I have emailed them on [protected]@karenmillen.com but haven´t got any answer. Anyone in here has as an idea about ehat I can do to get my money back ?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Hello. Always pay by Credit Card. If the seller/shipper sends you nothing, the wrong item(s), or (a) defective item(s), your credit card can perform a Chargeback and push them to do it, as the seller is fradulent. If the seller shipped you a fake product, this can also be pushed back and reported to the IFCC (Internet Fraud Commplaint Center) and your credit card company will reimburse you. Most Chinese companies and people are very honest and hard working, but there are some that are very dishonest. The only problem to ship back items to China is the cost. Always ship it back the cheapest method that is INSURED. If it gets lost your local postal office will process an insurance claim and you will not be stuck with no product, and not money! Live, learn, and share the knowledge folks, becasue there are crooks everywhere these days, and with the wide-spread use of the internet and ecommerce, they might as well be living beside you, eventhough they're living in another country. An ounce of prevention goes a long way.

I ordered some watches replica from their site www.watchpond.com. The site was blocked after one week by Chanel. The products I received were completely irrelevant from those ordered. I am in the process of returning them back.
