SesameCare review: Prompt delivery of my prescription

I have a simple request and that is to receive my prescription at a location where I will be able to receive it in a safe and timely manner. I need my prescription delivered on a weekday (Monday through Friday) to my office. This is how I got my prescription for many months before I paid for a full year up front. Now that you have my money, you totally ignore my request.

When you insisted on delivering it on a Saturday, I was forced to change my delivery to my home. Unfortunately, after waiting all day (and wasting my one day off) FedEx never showed up. After hours of stress due to angry phone calls to FedEx, they finally brought it at 8:00 PM. If they had not shown up on Saturday evening, they would not have delivered it until Monday, when I would not be home to receive it. In addition, the meds would have been out of refrigeration for five days.

I take my prescription early on Saturday morning so that side effects won't affect me on Sunday at church or Monday through Friday at work. Receiving it on Saturday evening interferes with my schedule.
