This has been an absolute nightmare. I started my success with sesame weight loss program on 4/24 and received many emails starting on 4/28 from sesame saying that after 5/22 I would no longer be able to get the medication unless I preordered by 5/13. Since I had only taken 1 shot I decided to risk it and pay for 24 more weeks of semaglutide before my next billing cycle on 5/16. On 5/5 (10 days only after I started the program) I paid $1494 to continue with 6 months of medication and immediately had Sesame attempt 9 more unauthorized charges for $249. Sesame support is claiming I didn’t pay for the month of May (paid for 6 months!?) and has cancelled my entire program and is now holding my medication and money hostage. They are trying to extort another $249 saying that I paid for the month of June and on but not May, however not one email or flyer from sesame said I wouldn’t be receiving my prepaid/preordered medication starting in June. This is what the email said about preordering and once again nothing in the email says “starting in June”, all it says is the medication will continue to be shipped monthly
