A technician was sent to my home to repair my microwave, rather than replace the mother board, the technician determined that the unit was unrepairable.
I contacted the resolution specialist, who only offered 200.00. to close the case. However when questioned how was it determined that the unit had depreciated down to 200.00 dollars, the representative stated it was based on the technicians evaluation for the repair. When asked to see the documentation supplied by the technician, I was denied it. When asked if I could speak to someone higher up I was refused. When I asked why was I only being offered 200.00 when the depreciation value of the unit had not been determined, or calculated; the representative repeatedly pressured me by saying" are you going to accept the 200.00 or not. He also said that it was only worth 150.00 but he would authorize 200.00.
Desired outcome: that I at least get the depreciation value of the microwave to replace it.
