On November 8, 2022, my husband and I attended a seminar on Zoom. We were told a $20 refundable deposit had to be paid to insure that we attended the seminar and once we attended the seminar our $20 would be refunded. I've sent several emails, and have left several voice mails to Miki and Barry. I was told by both, they would resolve this and send me an e-check, 5 months later, I am still waiting.
Desired outcome: I want my $20 refund.
