I made it to a little over the $10 cash out level and submitted my request for payment on 9/2/09. To date (3/10/11, no payment has been received and no emails have been answered. A call to the company 6 months ago did not produce results.

    Took 2 years of clicking links from sendmoreinfo, requested the $10 check, supposed to be mailed within 6 weeks and it has been 4 months. Sent three emails, all unanswered. Dont bother with this company
