SEMCO ENERGY cannot keep track of their records. This company failed to send out a final bill, and then reported to customer that they owed $400.00 from 5 years earlier. Of coarse $200.00 of that was tacked on late fees, collection fees, etc. Their excuse for not mailing out a final bill: "we didn't know where to find you!" They found me by deceptively requiring my SS # (which they CAN'T DO) to be added on my spouse's account. Watch out-contact MPSC-file a complaint with them-and follow through with complaint. This company gets away with way too much!
