My complaint concerns an attempt to get information by phone, and it appears I am not the only one !
In this case I tried to get information on the indicated phones
+1 (347) 509-6837. and
+1 (212) 695-7190
But these simply do not work !
I get no reply: the lines do not even ring, and this is not the fault of the telephone equipment !
So I cannot get the info I need before before moving up to the Premium
service. This is discouraging ! Sending email messages entails waiting for replies which does not fit my work pattern !
Frankly this is a poor show, and am not encouraged to take further !
But just perhaps this email will work …. ?
I am currently in Mexico, but spend time in United Kingdom and France
