Yesterday this company closed my account without reason or notice. Yesterday morning it was active and working, but later it was not. I am a fully paid subscriber until 12/13/2025. Yet my account and e-mail have been discontued and no longer active in their Web Site.
I have phoned them and spoken to a live person in India just this morning, but all she could do is pass on my complaint to management. My phone call and e-mails sent yesterday complaining of this were not returned. Following is the latest e-mail I sent to them:

RESTORE MY Account - NOW... and -
- ALL PORTFOLIOS I had set up.
I am fully paid for one year dating from November 13th, 2024. YOU acknowledged receipt of my payment...so what is the problem?
I will contact the NY Attorney General and the SEC should you delay any further.
This action on your part is inexcusable.
And I fully expect a letter of apology and a full explanation as to how and why you deliberately closed my account.
My account is MY property...not the property of Seeking Alpha
