This company does not pay there employees on time and when ever they can get away with it they also do not pay overtime. There is no incentive or bonuses including no benefits.
Owner makes you feel like he is doing you a favour for giving you a job. STAY AWAY from using this company for any contracts or employment. Unprofessional business operation. Should not be in business.
It is time someone stands up and files a complaint to the Labour Board.

They are doing you a favor by giving you a job. My guess is you have no education, or redeeming qualities that other employers want. But yes, you should complain, I am sure they would not be able find some other slub to walk around a jobsite.
