I'm a new customer to your company and while I'm grateful I was granted the loan on November 19, 2019 there isn't a reason for such unprofessional staff. My hours were so low the last couple of weeks my paycheck was minuscule but my hours resumed and I let them know I'll be in on the 11th. I knew a late fee would be attached but not such disrespect. The assistant manager (she did my loan last month and it was a very weird experience, she kept fidgeting and itching acting extremely odd). When I talked to her and told her the date I would pay she kept saying there isn't a reason why I couldn't pay, go find it from somebody it's a measly 114 dollars and she had never made a late payment in her life. She kept repeating the same thing and speaking to Lisa saying can you believe she doesn't have 114 dollars while she still had me on the phone. This isn't the only complaint, my boyfriends mother has had loans through you guys for twenty years off and on right before she paid her loan off last year Lisa said "even crack heads pay their bills"! And in her situation it wasn't her fault they were scammed out of over two hundred thousand dollars and Lisa knew that. Things happen in life and if a payment is late the customer pays a late fee so you guys prosper in that the customer gets a mark on their credit so there shouldn't be mean and ugly talk to your customers. I referred two people to you guys over Christmas and one happened to be with me whe your assistant manager and manager called and did that to me and both potential new customers said they would never do business with a company that would allow that. A company that's always friendly is Banner and State maybe Lisa and her new Assistant Manager could shadow them to learn how to treat people because the way it's going eventually you'll be out of customers. Let me be clear I no my payment is late but I will pay on payday and shouldn't be treated this way. Thank you
