Purchased 350 card at local CVS. in sept 2024. Was advised when i tried to use it there were no funds on it. called Secure Spend and filed paperwork and complaint form. Three months later in Jan 2025 I received replacement card again when i tried to use it at local gas station it was rejected as having no funds. contacted company and filed complaint form. There is no satisfaction at all.

wtf this card claims to make purchases online yet everything is declined. What number do you have to call to get a person and a refund? Oh, there isn’t one. Instead, you provide a loop around waste of time on both the online and [protected] line. At least answer your customers many complaints by providing a valid number to file one.
What a disgrace and associated with visa no less
I’m stuck with several secure spend gift cards, as well as vanilla and none of them work online. That was the entire reason for purchasing them…to upgrade my storage, renew subscriptions, shop online, etc…what shady business . How can they get away with this bs?
