Scott Hart ( 11287 NW 65TH COURT - PARKLAND, FL 33076 ) and his brother Shawn T. Hart ( 8502 NW 47TH STREET - CORAL SPRINGS, FL 33067 ) and or 10668 NW 69 St. - PARKLAND, FL 33076 are Professional SCAM ARTISTS! STAY CLEAR of them and all of their MANY businesses! Their latest SCAM is PREMIER BIOTECH MARKETING/ISELECT HEALTH SOLUTIONS, INC./CHOICE BENEFIT GROUP, INC. Scott Hart just registered under a NEW name on August 12, 2014...FORECORE MARKETING, Inc.

All 4 names are used interchangeably for the SAME scam! "Shawn" also spells his name as "Sean" sometimes...in order to avoid detection. Case in point...he used "Sean" when incorporating under "Sean Hart, Inc." If you check the Florida Division Of Corporations website you'll see that his "addresses" using "Shawn T." and "Sean" are one in the same. They also run a company called DOC SIGNERS, INC.

PREMIER BIOTECH MARKETING is located at 7310 W. McNab Rd. - Suite 202 - Tamarac, FL 33321. [protected] or [protected].
These 4 companies are ALL run by Scott Hart and his brother Sean Hart and are ALL different names for the SAME SCAM. They use different names and bank accounts to HIDE and to CONFUSE those that are seeking them (for payment and other misdeeds).

I know this scam FIRST HAND since it was perpetrated on ME! But I'm sure that the Harts weren't counting on me to blow the lid off of their scam. They, unbeknownst to them, pulled their stunt on the wrong "customer"; since I am a retired Private Investigator.

The PREMIER BIOTECH MARKETING/ISELECT HEALTH SOLUTIONS, INC./CHOICE BENEFIT GROUP, INC. scam is as follows. The Harts have contracted with Medical Arts Pharmacy (Coral Springs, FL) and a number of other "compounding" pharmacies throughout Florida. They are usually "independent" and small sized pharmacies. I was phoned by one of their representatives trying to sell me some PAIN CREAM (to help alleviate the pain in my legs and feet due to my diabetes). They told me that EVERYTHING would be paid for by my health insurance and that the prescription would be faxed to my doctor. They said that I would receive the shipment in about 5-7 business days.

About two weeks later I get the box delivered to me by UPS...BUT there is a $50 charge due on it! I open the box and there is a small jar in it (with the lid of the jar loose) and a mess of cream ALL on the inside of the box! I immediately called the phone number on the label of the jar, but just got a voicemail (as I did the other 5 plus times that I called). I never got a return call...and probably never will since the phone number is probably just a "bogus" number that makes the customer THINK they are leaving a message when in reality they are not OR the messages are deleted by them without responding to the complaining customer.

Fast forward about 6 weeks and I get ANOTHER shipment fro Medical Arts Pharmacy...this time it's from FedEx. Since there isn't any charge due, I accept the shipment. This time the pain cream is in a bottle with a pump dispenser. I tried the pain cream as the directions directed and I really didn't find ANY relief from using it! I decided to do some investigating and called my insurance company inquiring what was going on; since I thought I was only going to get ONE shipment of pain cream. I came to find out that these ### somehow got an okay from my insurance company AND doctor to send me that second shipment! My insurance company told me that PREMIER BIOTECH MARKETING charged $1600 for EACH shipment! One thousand - six hundred dollars for 32 oz. of medication?! WHAT A RIP-OFF!

On top of that my insurance company nailed me for a HEFTY co-pay for this crap and my premiums are now going to go up! I CAN'T afford it! I'm on A FIXED income! All this after the telemarketing rep ASSURED me that my insurance company would pay for EVERYTHING! I don't know how PREMIER BIOTECH MARKETING was able to scam my insurance company AND my doctor to approve sending me a second shipment of this garbage...but I won't let up until I get justice and restitution!

If you go to Florida Dept. of State - Division of Corporations - Fictitious Names - Inquire by Business Owner (http://sunbiz.org/ficiown.html) and enter "Scott Hart" and "Shawn T. Hart" you'll see that each has probably had at least 5-6 or more DIFFERENT "businesses" within the past 10 years. Most all of them relating to telemarketing/marketing/ financial/loans/mortgages, etc. You'll see that most of the "businesses" are now defunct and have only lasted for a few years or so. This is because the Harts are SCAMMERS and, when they are "found out" they close down an operation and open it up again under a different name and address and bank account to avoid detection and prosecution! It is only a matter of time until the state of Florida catches on to this and prosecutes them!I e-mailed the Sate of Florida, Div. of Corporations and Federal Trade Commission a copy of this letter/complaint to let them know what is going on with these 2 scammers!

Scott Hart's NEWEST business name (with no doubt the SAME or SIMILAR scam explained above is "FORECORE MARKETING, INC." (registered on 8-12-14). His home address is 11287 NW 65TH COURT - PARKLAND, FL 33076. His cell # is: [protected]. His wife's name is "Angela". He drives a late model black Ford Mustang with tag # BBM-CO9.

Shawn T. Hart lives at 10668 NW 69 St. - PARKLAND, FL 33076. His phone # is [protected]. His wife's name is "Tammy".

If you too have been ripped off by these SCAM ARTISTS as well, feel free to stop by their house to "talk things over". If you're going to see Scott Hart, just look for his black Mustang in the driveway to make sure he's home.

Hello, this is Scott Hart again. I wanted to add some additional details to my response above to prove this complaint to be fabricated, false, and inaccurate. This is how I know the report is fabricated by a a disgruntled ex-independent contractor, and not from a real client:

1. The phone [protected] is my personal cell number and [protected] was a processing number, clients did not have these numbers, but the people who worked with me had them. I have never received a call on either of these phones from any client complaining or specifying the problem listed in the report above. Any client concerns or issues that may arise are handled immediately.

2. ISELECT Health Solutions is my brothers business and is a licensed insurance agency, my brother is a licensed insurance agent. I worked with my brother in the insurance business for years. Choice Benefit Group is my company which was used in connection with the insurance business. Both ISELECT Health Solutions and Choice Benefit Group are not pharmacies, my brother and I do not have direct contracts with any pharmacies as indicated in the report. We do not submit/process anything directly with insurance companies. We do not bill insurance companies. We do not get paid directly from any insurance companies. We do not manufacturer or ship products or medications. We have been a marketing/processing company only, and all we do is identify people with need and help them. We collect information and process requests/authorizations. We have run a legitimate business. Ofcourse we earn a commission for this like most service businesses.

3. The poster states they were charged a $50 fee for shipping from UPS. This is not possible because all the shipping fees are paid for by the pharmacy that fills the medication. They use corporate accounts and each shipment is tracked, it’s not possible for any medications to be shipped any other way.

4. The poster states they called the phone number on the label of the jar multiple times, but just got a voicemail. I do not know the number the poster was calling, but it wasn’t ours. As stated above we are not a pharmacy and we do not ship product. The poster then goes on to embellish and make it seem like the number isn’t real or the calls were going unanswered in an attempt to further cast a negative light.

5. The poster states that about 6 weeks later they received another shipment and goes on to explain that they thought they were only getting one shipment. This is not accurate if it was a real client. Doctors who prescribe/authorize this medication for their patients usually specify a number of refills, that is not unusual; it is actually quite the norm. Usually medications are prescribed/filled with 30 day supply and an indicated number or refills (usually 90 days). Then the poster explains they called their insurance company to find out that Premier Biotech Marketing charged $1600 for each shipment. This is not possible, Premier Biotech Marketing is not a pharmacy, they do not ship product, they are a marketing/processing organization only. Insurance companies actually pay the pharmacy that fills the medication directly. The pharmacy has to be contracted with the insurance company to receive payment. Therefore it is impossible that Premier Biotech Marketing charged their insurance company. Also, the poster states they received 32 oz. of medication. This is not possible because all prescriptions are 360 grams for a 30 day supply. All this leads to the report being a total fabrication.

6. The poster states that they were charged a hefty co-pay and now their insurance premiums are going up. This is not possible, we are not talking about car insurance here. Just because you have a prescription claim, that doesn’t cause your health insurance premiums to increase. Most insurance companies covered these types of medications, but not all plans covered it and some did have regular co-pays. The poster added these details and fabricated information in an attempt to embellish, which they have done numerous times throughout their inaccurate and false report.

Forecore Marketing is a new business opened recently by me. This business has nothing to do with the pharmacy business or our insurance business. The poster somehow tries to tie all the businesses together new and old. It is not uncommon when someone starts a new business venture that they open a new corporation to handle that business specifically.

This individual worked with us for the entire time we were in this business, which was only about 5 months. This person had issues with other workers, had office outbursts, and caused a tense work environment for our processing girls. He didn’t like authority coming from somebody that was younger then him and didn’t like authority coming from a woman as he continually gave my processors a hard time. I had to step in and take action a few times to keep the peace and I believe he didn’t like it and he took it very personal. Still (despite all this) he was treated fairly, was paid everything he was owed, and I thought we parted somewhat amicably.

Back in the middle of July we got word that the insurance companies were changing the way they classify and cover these types of medications. This basically put an end to this business and my brother & I had no choice but to close the office. We explained everything to everybody and gave them their last checks which included everything owed to them. Everyone understood the situation and wished us well with whatever direction we headed in, well everyone except this individual. He somehow still thought we owed him money? I explained things again, but he still thought he was owed something. He later called me on my personal cell phone and I broke it down a third time for him, but apparently he felt he was cheated in some way…everybody else understood except him. That is why I was completely blown away when I read the report posted over 2-1/2 months later. The post is a blatant personal attack and I can’t believe the extent this person has gone to try and hurt my reputation.

Well, sorry that this has been so long but I had to further explain things. I'll say again, If by very slight chance this report was indeed posted by an actual client (which I know it wasn’t), I urge this client to contact me directly to rectify this situation. As I stated above, I don’t believe this to be the case and I’m 100% sure I know who posted the report…but if by chance this is the case please contact me directly at [protected].

Hello, my name is Scott Hart and I just was notified about this report recently and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I started reading it! The report is filled with multiple inaccuracies and complete false accusations! As I got a about half way through it I realized that this was not a valid complaint from a client, but rather a malicious attack on my character and reputation from a disgruntled ex-independent contractor that worked with us for about 5 months.

I have been involved in a handful of different businesses and industries over the years and all of them have been handled with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. I am not a “scammer” or “scam artist” as the poster states numerous times throughout the report! None of the businesses I have been involved in were “scams”! The report posted was a complete fabrication and has been embellished to cast a very negative light on my brother & I.

Additionally, the poster goes on to try and identify my wife’s name, where I live, my phone number, my brothers wife’s name, his address, his phone number, the type and color of the car I drive, and my car’s tag number. What does this have to do with a valid business complaint, if it was indeed valid? The poster clearly added these details in an attempt to further hurt our reputation. And for the record some of that information is wrong. One of the things they got right is my car info and the tag number. The reason they got that right is because this person walked by it every day in the parking lot when coming to the office!

It’s really disturbing that this person would go to this extent to attempt to harm and tarnish my name. It also amazes me that anyone can go on the internet completely anonymously and fabricate a story, create outright lies with malicious intent to harm somebody’s character and reputation without having to show any proof of their claims!

If by very slight chance this report was indeed posted by an actual client (which I know it wasn’t), I urge this client to contact me directly to rectify this situation. If this was a real situation there are things that can be done at the pharmacy level to reverse claims, they can send the medication back, etc. If this person was somehow misinformed about the process or the expectations weren’t met as explained, then I will surely make the situation right. Again, I don’t believe this to be the case and I’m 100% sure I know who posted the report…but if by chance this is the case please contact me directly at [protected].
