We have encountered numerous significant issues, including:
- Improperly supported main floor support beams
- Interior passage doors that are 1 1/2" wider at the floor level than at the ceiling
- A kitchen island constructed 13" off-center
- A roof leak occurring two days after installation due to omitted sheathing around the dormer
- The stove vent hood installed 2" off-center and the corresponding vent tube installed 5" off-center, resulting in a large hole in the ceiling. It's been 6 weeks and this has yet to be repaired.
