I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the experience I’ve had with SBT Japan. I purchased a vehicle from them in good faith, expecting honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Instead, I received a vehicle in extremely poor mechanical condition, riddled with issues that were clearly concealed or grossly misrepresented in their sales process.
From the moment the car arrived, it was obvious that something was seriously wrong. It had severe mechanical faults that no responsible seller would fail to disclose. I immediately contacted SBT Japan, expecting assistance—or at the very least, accountability—but I received nothing but silence and generic excuses. My repeated efforts to engage them went completely ignored, including follow-ups through organizations they claim to affiliate with.
Let me be clear: SBT Japan does not stand behind the vehicles they sell. Once your payment is made, you are on your own—regardless of how bad the condition of the car may be. This is not just unprofessional, it’s blatant exploitation of customers across borders.
I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with SBT Japan to reconsider. Based on my experience, they are not trustworthy, and their post-sale support is nonexistent.
If you still decide to buy from them after reading this, understand that you are doing so entirely at your own risk—and the cost of that risk may be far greater than you expect.
I will continue to share my story on every available platform until this company is held accountable. The public deserves to know the truth.
