I found the ad of company Satisfaction Services Inc. They sent you to the shopping, where you spent your own money, but after that they would pay you for your time. I decided to try and it sounded really fun. I filled the form, and the agent contacted me. I went to the shopping, but after that I needed to call the agent, which never picked the phone. It was scam, and they fooled me. So be careful if you use services of this company or leave comments if you have horrible experience with them.
I am contacting the Department of Labor Today. Seems all we can do is go to small claims court.
Yikes! I am owed about $200 for shops completed March - August this year. My scheduler, Raquel, is no longer working with the company and has no information to provide. I have emailed and called Micki several times with no response.
How can we fight to get our rightful wages?

I also performed shops for this company for many years and received payment. However, I never received payment for any shops I performed in 2022. The owner does not respond to emails or phone calls. Do not shop for them because you will not get paid,

I've been a shopper for the real Satisfaction Services Inc since 2009 when I was a student. I still complete shops for them when available and I can assure they are really a very good group of professionals and it is very easy to contact them even during weekends. Instructions are very precise and you need to do your reports according to the instructions. Regarding payments, they are reliable and punctual as well.
I have been a shopper for Satisfaction Services for a long time as well, but lately they are slipping. I work for approximately 40 different mystery shopping companies. SS used to pay shoppers, but this past September I completed a shop that was bonused at a department store and they stiffed me. The scheduler, Raquel, emailed me back and gave me the owner's cell phone number and email address. I have tried to call them and I have emailed several times, but the owner, Mickie, will not return my phone calls and emails. They owe me $35 and now even the scheduler will not return my emails.
They stiffed me for much more money than that and I have yet to be paid. I have emailed them many times and called and left messages. They keep telling me they will pay but have not. The company is legit they just are not paying. Somehow we need to figure how to get payment.
Oh wow great to know I am owed quite a bit of money also. Since April last year but yet they keep hiring for new jobs

This is the same with me, same name for scheduler and same info he gave me, no response from owner, I am owed 100$ for 4 shops I have done from March 2023 to May 2023
