As with anyone you are excited to know that your family can travel at anytime in life. This is what we thought at the time was a great idea. NOT! On or about September 6, 2021 my husband and myself along with my brother and sister in law Sat on one of their sessions. Unlike my Inlaws, we purchased the timeshare. Less than a month later we get a letter in the mail about maintenance fees which were a shock of course over the amount of $500. I called Starpoint and was advised that it was a mistake and then a few days later got a return call advising that it was correct. Not only did we have to pay that amount but then turned around in January and received another one. paid these fees among with the monthly fees and still til this day I have not been able to make any reservations or use the points and I'm sick of it. Your paying for something that you can't use and then being mislead every time I call to give dates I hear the same thing.. Those dates aren't available or we no longer have a vacation spot there.. Tired of hearing NO for something we are paying for. So i stopped the payments I requested for the company to be blocked from auto draft and they have been Harrassing us every since that day. I have requested for the company to withdraw our contract with them. Please add us to the list as well.

Desired outcome: To not affect my credit from dealing with these liars and cancel the contract
