Short version: I went into Sams club, ATT rep offered me a deal to transfer 3 line from Verizon. ATT could not port 1 of the 3 lines(incomitance) so I told them to cancel the line and they charge me $1000? I finally got that resolved, and now i find out that Square trade has been charging me $20 a month for insurance. My contract with AT&T says nothing about square trade, only allstate and its says the cost is $0 per month. Last my my monthly bill is higher then what is should be, and someone fraudulently signed me up for square trade.
Desired outcome: I want my monthly bill to be what the representative at Sam club told me it would be, and i want my insurance included like my contract says and i want a refund for the $20 that i paid square trade since October
