The internet website, Saaria, is seller of movie screen curtains, Theater Decorative Curtains, Projector Screen Curtains, Automatic Drop Down Curtains, curtains and home curtains for projection televisions. The claim to sell these items factory direct, however, they are known to sell used items as new.
Upon placing my order on the telephone, I was encouraged to order more than what I wanted and upon receiving my package from Saaria.com, I opened the box only to learn that the items were used, broken and not as pictured.
I was out a lot of money due to Saaria's fraud. Saaria basically sold me a used item (VERY USED ITEM) in the place of a new item. The item that Saaria sent didn't even match what they showed on their website.
After contacting Saaria, I realized that they wanted me to send the merchandise back so that they could refuse the refund or give me a partial refund in an attempt to scam me twice. Saaria.com is a scam and I stongly recommend anyone thinking of dealing with this company to stir clear...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Interesting - saaria now has a store in St Cloud. I collected my curtain track there which was new, everything was in boxes and he cut the track for me.
He actually mixed up the reremotes (I asked for an extra timer one). I was leaving the US on a Sunday and I only realised Friday night, I actually dropped round to his house to swap it out.

Yes Saaria Inc AKA Direct from ware house sells used items I agree with hersner and Saarisux they are the scam artist and i am one of the victim they sold me a B- grade product and when i contacted there customer care nobody picked up the phone i left several messages no replies no email replies i lost all my money beware of them.

Known for lying... I just checked Saaria's feedback and it is 98.5% - I guess if they go down another point, they will lose their power seller status. I also searched for 'directfromwarehouse' on the internet and learned more information from saaria. There is a complaint about Saaria (directfromwarehouse ) at iripoff. It has pictures where a person purchased what was suppose to be a *NEW* watch from Saaria and it turned out used. The pictures speak 1000 words about how Saaria does business. If Saaria has been in business and sold 15000 products - It leads one to wonder why they only have just about 2000 feedback. It is quite clear that they're are tons of people that are unhappy with their product but didn't leave negatives or post complaints in fear of retaliation from Saaria

No man can receive 100% positive results in any business, if you have that trick please share with us, we will thankful to you, Dear sir People buy products on eBay or our online store. then we ship it. in shipping item has broken or not received in well condition to the buyer, then buyer complaint to us, then the resolution is resolved from both parties agreement (replace/refund/repair) we do as much we do, so please put some of the positive feedback on this page. And do not Judge Saaria on the basis of negative feedback, please count positive rating as well.
