Took a insurance policy with sa warranties when i bought a second hand vehicle. When it was time for repairs, no action from their side. I have tried to get a response from them since 24 May 2010, without sucsess. They promise to call back but never do, they do not answer emails, and their customer service do not reply at all. I am now trying to cancell my policy, also without sucsess.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Pol number TS177649451 SA warranties took premiums but are hard to pay out or help with a claim. They claim component not covered due to rust. Staying in Durban there is little chance of not receiving rust or moisture in any components. This company looking for reasons not to accept claims instead of compensating their customers.
