I have booked a 2bhk flat in Rustmomjee Urbania Acura E wing Thane West Majiwada on JUNE 2009 ( more than 4 years have been completed) and promised date of possession was MARCH 2011.

This is very disappointing that Rustomjee Urbania(Kapstone construction) delayed the possession by 2.5 years from promised possession date in agreement and without any fault of mine I have been paying unnecessarily huge interests on my housing loan and Rent for my current residential.

And on top of that still management doesn’t have definite date of possession.
I have raised this concern in my earlier communications also, Rustomjee must consider paying compensation equivalent to prevailing rates of rent to flat owners on account of delayed possession, failing to do so will go extremely against trust and goodwill of “Rustomjee” as a brand. It might also result in bad publicity in media due to unfair practice.

Management should feel ashamed of themselves as customers are waiting for their dream home more than 4 years now.

Whenever we go in groups to meet the Thane office, they dont give us appoinments on Saturday, Sundays as they dont want to spoil there new customers.
I think there motto is to juz gain customer base and later forget about them.

Thr email id ‘[protected]@rustomjee.com’ is exactly opposite of therework, practice and attitude.

I am a existing customer of Rustamjee Aziano and facing problem with sales support team. What I am getting on time is their demand letter and phone call after demand letter and few massage alerting demand letter have been issued. There is no internal coordination among Sales Support Team. I am getting interest amount in demand letter even though I am paying ontime.After payment transaction, I am sending them Payment advice to confirm the receipt of payment from their end. But so far nobody has shown courtesy even to acknowledge my email. Payment receipt slip are not getting on time even continuous follow up with their sales team. This is the very bad attitude I have found in Rustamjee Team. I am working in private industry more that 13 years and I have not found any single company ignoring their customer to this extent. It looks Rustomjee Least bother about their existing customer

I agree and all buyers to teach builders a what is fair marketing!

I am also facing the same problem. Their sales team don't bother about old customers. They even could not atten our quarries. It is very bad experience with Rustomjee, they make us fool. Can you please highlight about legal complaint.

Even i have booked flat in Rustomjee Urbania and possession is delayed by unexpected time period.
Management doesnt give any confirmation about possession dates.
I have started the procedure to file a legal complaint against the builder
