We did refurbishing and repairs in unit owned by Saupes in ocean villiage. This client is suffering from Alzheimer disease and his wife seemed to be inattentive and preoccupied with her toenails. The next of kin are obviously unaware of the mental states of their parents. We witnessed feces spread on walls in bathrooms and the strong smell of urine was evident upon entering. Garbage cans full of rotted food and adult diapers had piled up in the laundry area, where a water heater had leaked, leaving an even fouler stench. Ants and cockroaches were in pantries, and the refrigerator because it was not operational we were told. Under the kitchen sink were candles and incense with chicken bones burned on a plate. Cloth voodoo dolls had been used to put spells on a man and woman, and were covered with stickpins and burnt wax. The master bed had stacks of packages marked t-bone but we think it felt like wrapped paper like money or something. These people need to get help or someone do something before someone gets hurt. Very Disturbed people, like Hannibal Lector or Charles Manson types. They are out there and hate the world.
Here's an arrest record of Fred Siller who apparently got thrown in the slammer on August 5, 2010 about 2 weeks before he rented my place in Fort Pierce. I am guessing that he was arrested for vandalizing a condo at Mariner Bay in Fort Pierce that he was ultimately evicted from a few months earlier. He and his stepson, Zack Burns absolutely trashed that unit, even wrote stuff on the walls. Never rent your place to Fred Siller or Lorena Siller or Zack Burns.

The above diatribe was written by Fred Siller and his wife Lorena Ortiz Burns Stiekman Siller who spent their honeymoon at our condo from late August thru early October 2010. They liked it until we kicked him out for later and later payment of rent. We found out later that this was the 3rd time Lorena had been evicted from an apartment or condo in 3 years. The Sillers are internet scam artists operating from a Goin Postal mailbox in Fort Pierce and we've publicized their many scams on the Complaints Board and places like this website. Just Google on the names FRED SILLER or LORENA SILLER to see what these people are really like, Here are pictures of Fred and Lorena Siller. Don't rent to them and NEVER EVER send them money in the mail.
