Ruse Auto Transport review: Damage in delivery

Hired the ruse auto transport company to ship my car.
The car arrived damage clearly from the tracks of the shipping truck.
Called the company to speak to owner Pleman Varbanov, he was rude and aggressive and suggested to never contract his office again.
Ruse refused to pay for the damage and when their insurance was contacted, they denied the claim.
They said the amount was below the deductible.
Highly recommend not hiring them.
I'm surely regretting it
