Rural King Guns review: Henry golden boy silver eagle rifle

I ordered Henry Golden Boy Silver Eagle.22 caliber rifle on February 22, 2022. I received an email that it would be delivered to my RK store in 7-10 days and in some cases, an additional 7-10 days would be needed. After 10 business days I called customer service at RK guns; the lady was rude and said the email was wrong; that it should of said 20 days from the beginning. At business day 20, I called again; the RK lady said it was only day 18 and to call back if I haven’t heard anything after 20 days. Well today (March 25) I called again, day 23. The lady (Tori) informed me that their computers were all messed up and they had people trying to fix it but they couldn’t send out any guns. I asked how long this has been the problem and what eta on problem being corrected. Her response was rude, she said I told you they were working on it. I’ve purchased many guns in my lifetime through ordering; but I never had any problems like this.
