Rumrill Garden review: Missing package

I ordered some shoes on September 26th, 2022.Order: V2005418795. They was supposed to be delivered on the 28th and when I got here I never got my package I don't know what happened to it I don't know but I already asked around I even asked my neighbor who got a ringer cam and I seen a lot of people coming back and forth upstairs but I don't have my package and they not doing anything to help me get package or to figure out to refund me or anything. They customer service representatives are very unprofessional,very unprofessional. Like I'm not physically wasting my time on something that I already have
